RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Sugar & Palm, LLCs products are handcrafted and made to order, and due to the sensitive nature of skincare products there are ZERO returns or exchanges. 

WHAT IS YOUR REPLACEMENT POLICY?

We'll always do our best to best serve you and provide a replacement for your damaged items.

 

To start a replacement request, you can contact us at info@sugarandpalm.com. If your replacement request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement for damaged goods will not be accepted.
